Our house is rooted in Valdeconcha, a small village on the plateau of La Alcarria in Guadalajara. Its dry, aromatic scrubland — under a wide, unhurried sky — gives our honey a clarity found nowhere else.
Our hives never leave this land. Each harvest belongs to a single hillside, and to a single season.
