If a jar arrives broken, or the honey is not what you hoped for, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.
Unopened jars can always be returned. Once a jar is opened, the honey is yours to keep — though we would still love to hear what you thought.
To arrange a return, email us with your order number and we will take care of the rest.
